What if I am not home for the appointment?
Most services are on the exterior of the home, if the home owner is away the Butler will still complete the work, and leave an invoice with an envelope that has a stamp and return address. If the service is inside and you know that you will be away either we can reschedule the appointment or arrange temporary accommodations for access.

What if an injury occurs on my roof or property?
The Butler uses safe equipment, and though it is unlikely anyone would get hurt while working on your home, Master Butler Inc. is licensed with the Department of Labor and Industries. This agency provides protection for employees that are injured on the job and pays for their medical bills, as well as time lost. This state-sponsored program protects the Butler employees, you (the homeowner), and Master Butler Inc. For your further protection, the Butler is also licensed, bonded, and insured.
